Thomas Atwood, Broker & President
Licensed since 1978, Tom oversees the operations of Atwood Property Management, Inc. supervises the staff, and sets the goals and directions for the continued growth of the Company. Tom is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA) and the Realtor Associations.

Lan Evenson, Leasing Manager
Lan supervises a staff of 20 Resident Managers and four Maintenance Engineers. Lan joined Atwood Property Management in 2008. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato and has worked in Sales and Management the last 25 years. Lan lives in Mankato with wife and son.

Chris Schmitz, Accounting
Graduate of Minnesota State University – Mankato (Business Management Degree) and a licensed Realtor for over 20 years, Chris has been employed in the property management field since 1974. Her position at Atwood Property Management includes the Accounts Receivables and General Ledger accounting.

Mary Lou Rost, Accounts Payable/Payroll Dept.
Mary Lou is a Graduate of University of Wisconsin –River Falls, has been a licensed real estate agent since 1983 and head of Accounts Payable/Payroll Dept. since 1997. She is proficient in MRI and Quick Books accounting software.

Deb Joerg, Administrative Assistant
Deb joined Atwood Property Management in 2001 as assistant to Property Management. She has been in property management since 1991 and a licensed real estate agent since 1989.

Gary Dingler, Maintenance Engineer
Over 20 years experience in carpentry and with Atwood Property Management, Inc. since 1989.
